Peter Ostrow, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ostrow has been with TestMart since early 1999 and brings a strong background in management and entrepreneurship to his role as President and CEO of TestMart. Prior to joining TestMart, he worked for Narrowline, a San Francisco-based Internet transaction and research company. From 1988 to 1997, Mr. Ostrow held various positions at The New York Times, including Managing Director for the New York Times Magazine. Previous employment includes that as a financial consultant at Prudential Securities as well as the founder and CEO of a successful import/export business that focused on specialized lighting equipment that was later sold. He holds a BA in Chinese Language from Washington University and an MBA from New York University. Mr. Ostrow is an instructor in San Jose State University’s e-commerce management certificate program. He is also a regular speaker at industry conferences including Comdex, Jupiter, Seybold, and ECM.

Dave Eisenlohr, Vice President, Engineering
As Vice President of Engineering, Dave Eisenlohr is responsible for the company's e-commerce and information exchange systems. He also leads the evaluation and integration of third-party technology solutions into TestMart infrastructure. Eisenlohr began his IT career in 1979 with Securities Industry Automation Corporation, where he installed and managed data communications, network control centers and over 4000 terminals on the floors of the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange and the New York Futures Exchange. During his tenure, he was a key figure in a major facilities project to modernize the NYSE's trading floor. In 1983, he moved to the Pacific Stock Exchange as Vice President of Telecommunications and subsequently became Vice President of Data Center Operations. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, he introduced significant technology changes to the Exchange's 24X7 business environment. He directed the relocation of two trading floors and the rollout of new trading systems. He also designed innovative networking and wireless systems to meet the needs of brokers, member firms and staff associates with three trading floors in Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Don McCook, Vice President, Sales and Alliance Programs
As Vice President of Sales and Alliance Programs, Don McCook leads the end-user and corporate sales programs for TestMart. In addition, he develops and manages relationships with the manufacturers, distributors, and other service providers that make up TestMart's supplier and alliance partner network. Don brings over thirty years of management, sales and marketing experience in the Test and Measurement industry. His experience in sales, product marketing and program management brings multi-discipline capability to the task of growing TestMart's body of customers and partner manufacturers. Prior to joining TestMart, Don was Vice President of Marketing and Sales at Dolch Computer Systems where he developed and managed an international sales and marketing force directed at OEMs in the network and telecommunications testing industry. From 1988 to 1995 he was the founder and CEO of Promark Technology, a value-added systems integrator that developed applications-specific portable test platforms for in-field testing applications. He also served as president of Gould's Test & Measurement Division and headed the Fluke Corporation's Automated Systems Division as its president.

Jeffrey Wheeler, Chief Financial Officer
In his role as chief financial officer, Jeffrey Wheeler directs accounting, banking, finance, investor relations and human resources. Wheeler brings a long record of business success, from building start-ups to leading turnarounds in mature industries. Wheeler has held senior finance and management positions with a diverse group of firms, including Sierra Financial Group, Wells Fargo, Logistics Management, Inc. and Zacson Corporation, an international teleservices company, in which his last position was President, CEO and CFO. During Wheeler's tenure with Zacson, revenue grew almost fourfold as they acquired majority interest in companies in Belgium and Mexico, and created joint ventures in Japan with Nippon Telephone and Telegraph (NTT) and in Canada with Saskatchewan Telephone. Prior to Zacson, Wheeler was executive vice president of Sierra Financial Group, which he co-founded. He also served as vice president of Finance and Administration at Logistics Management, Inc., and CFO of BiRite Food Service Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.
