Aeroflex / Weinschel and TestMart Announce Exclusive Government Services Partnership

New agreement makes it easier for military personnel, government users and prime contractors to research and buy Aeroflex / Weinschel's superior quality components

San Bruno, CA, Frederick, MD - January 26, 2005 - Aeroflex / Weinschel, with more than 50 years of leadership in the design and manufacture of precision RF/Microwave components and subsystems, announced today a new government marketplace services partnership agreement that gives TestMart, Inc., the leading marketplace operator and service provider for the test and measurement industry, exclusive authorization to present a special catalog of Aeroflex / Weinschel products to U.S. military, government and buying agencies.

The special catalog includes Aeroflex / Weinschel's wide variety of radio frequency and microwave components including fixed and programmable attenuators, terminations, connectors, power splitters, subsystems and custom products. This product range will be made available specifically to those who qualify under a set of General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedules (MAS).

Under the terms of the agreement, TestMart will provide Aeroflex / Weinschel and its customers all content, transaction, marketing, sales support and reporting services around the catalog's products. TestMart will also provide the presentation and order processing though the GSA's e-commerce Web site, www.GSAAdvantage.gov, and through the company's two online marketplaces www.testmart.com and www.navicpmart.com.
