Models 21 and 22 feature frequency-stabilized operation throughout the entire 100 uHz to 11 MHz range. Waveforms below 1.1 kHz are synthesized digitally to provide features such as up and down ramps and, on Model 21, haverwaves. Model 22 is also a linear and logarithmic sweep generator.
Output is 20 V peak-to-peak (10 Vp-p into 50 ohms) at the primary output.
