The E8663D PSG RF analog signal generator equipped with Option 1EU provides the industry's best output power performance and often eliminates the need for external amplifiers. Output power improves over standard performance typically 8 dB (see data sheet for details). This can result in measured output powers of up to +26 dBm with superior level accuracies for precise characterization of your device under test.
Typical applications
Option 1EU is recommended for signal generation applications that require high power signals to stress the devices under test. Use the additional output power to compensate for path losses from system components or to effectively characterize transceivers. Common test applications include amplifier linearity verification, blocking and interference generation, and receiver maximum input level characterization.
This option can be added as a product upgrade.
