Generate low power signals
Option 1EQ will generate stable, accurate, low amplitude signals. Output power levels down to -144 dBm can be attained, with levels specified to -127 dBm.
Typical application
The ability to generate low-level signals with accurate amplitude control is important for the characterization of radio receivers and their components. Measurements must be made to established performance standards that vary widely across different communications technologies. These standards require that the simulated input and specified interfering signals represent the environment in which the radio will ultimately be used.
This option can be added as a product upgrade.
