Frequency switching speed

For export control purposes, Option UZ2 CW switching speed meets export requirements to within 0.05% of final frequency

• Decreases switching time from 5 ms to 1.15 ms in SCPI mode
• Decreases switching time from 5 ms to 850 s in list sweep mode

Quickly switch amplitude and frequency

Option UZ2 provides a fast-switching capability that enables a significant reduction in test time. Whether commanding the unit to a new frequency and/or amplitude or using the list mode capability to step through wide bandwidths and broad power levels, this Option will enhance the utilization of your test set.

Typical application

Ideal for use in manufacturing when production test throughput must be maximized. Applications include component characterization for devices such as power amplifiers, high-volume transceiver testing such as analog radios, and measurement-intensive applications such as antenna test.

This option can be added as a product upgrade.
