NI DataFinder Server Edition is software installed on a server machine, but it is designed for easy installation and configuration without the need for IT involvement. After you configure particular search areas and file formats for indexing, multiple client computers using NI DIAdem software have simultaneous visibility into collected test data using the one central shared index on the server machine.
