The NI PXIe-4143 is a high-channel-count, high-speed, precision source measure unit (SMU) with four identical SMU channels per PXI Express slot. Each SMU offers 4-quadrant operation to source or sink up to 24 V at 150 mA. With integrated remote (4-wire) sensing and current measurement sensitivity of 10 pA, the NI PXIe-4143 is ideal for precision measurements including accurate characterization of idle currents.

The NI PXIe-4143 features NI SourceAdapt technology. With this next-generation digital SMU technology, you can customize the SMU response to any given load so you can achieve the optimal SMU response with maximum stability and minimum transient response times. This protects the device under test from undesirable transients and removes system stability concerns from oscillations while achieving the fastest possible test times.
